No Refunds Policy
All sales with Magna Barbae are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed, except in cases where Purchase Protection (optional at checkout) applies for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. This includes verifying product selection, quantity, and shipping address. If an incorrect address is provided, or if an order is refused/returned due to delivery issues, we are unable to issue a refund.

Where do you ship from and to?
We ship from Ohio and deliver anywhere in the United States (including U.S. territories).
If you subscribe to email/SMS, you agree to our Messaging Terms and Messaging Privacy Policy.
When will my order arrive?
Our standard processing time is 3–10 business days (weekends and holidays not included), even if you choose priority shipping. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your label is created.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking number we email you on the USPS website for the most accurate updates. Because the tracking email is automated, you might get it before USPS scans the package. Third-party apps (e.g., Shop) can be helpful, but USPS tracking is the source of truth.
Do you offer shipping insurance?
At checkout, Purchase Protection is automatically added (optional). It covers replacement or reimbursement if your order is lost, stolen, or damaged.
If you opt out, Magna Barbae isn’t liable for loss, theft, or damage once the package leaves our facility.
What if my order is lost, stolen, or damaged?
If you purchased Purchase Protection, file a claim and we’ll assist with replacement or reimbursement according to the policy.
If you opted out of insurance, we’re unable to issue refunds or replacements for lost, stolen, or damaged orders.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We begin processing quickly. Once an order is printed or processing, we can’t cancel or edit it.
Support requests are handled in the order received, so we can’t guarantee changes (item swaps, add-ons, address updates) will be applied in time.
If you need an address correction after the label is printed, you’ll be responsible for the cost of a new label.
